Sodalite Rough 35-45mm images
A raw piece of Sodalite measuring 35-45mm, left in its natural state so its energy stays unworked and earthy. Pop it in your pocket, place it on a study desk or add it to a crystal grid.
Sodalite, the Stone of Insight, is a wonderful study companion. It calms your mind, helps you think logically and objectively, and brings a sense of order to scattered thoughts. It also sharpens your intuition, so you trust your gut when the facts run out. Sodalite restores your emotional balance and nurtures your self-esteem, self-acceptance and self-trust. Meditating with it deepens your self-awareness, helping you look at your strengths and weaknesses calmly and plan your next steps. It opens your throat chakra too, giving you the confidence to say how you feel to the people who matter.
