Sodalite Large Tumble Stone

Tumble stones measuring approximately 30–40mm at their longest point. A satisfying size — ideal as a meditation stone, a focal point in a crystal grid, or a statement piece on a shelf or desk.

Sodalite helps bring order and calmness to your mind. It encourages you to think rationally, be objective and to use your intuition. Sodalite can bring emotional balance and help with anxiety as well as unlocking improved self-esteem, self-acceptance and self-trust. Meditating with this stone enables you to have a deeper self awareness and understanding of your strengths and weaknesses, letting you consider them calmly and to reflect on your next steps. Sodalite also opens the throat chakra helping you to vocalise some of the feelings this self awareness creates and communicate your needs to those close to you.
